What membership is best for me? What are the different membership options?

The Melbourne Storm Membership website provides a guide to choosing the ideal package that suits you. The ‘Help Me Choose’ link provides a path for you to choose the right package by asking questions based on age, where you live, and how many games you are likely to attend. This process should make your decision in choosing the right membership package much easier. Go to the Help me Choose Function.

How does the seating allocation process work?

Renewing 2013 members have until the 6 November 2013 to renew their seat.

  • Reserved seat holders will be able to make changes to their own seat via their Storm Account from Monday 11 November – Wednesday 13 November 2013.

  • Members wishing to apply for new seats can do so on their Storm Account. Simply login using your Member ID and Password and select the seat you want from the Interactive Seat Map.

  • If a seat is not available you will need to wait until after the reserved seat cut-off date (6 November 2013) and member priority window to review available seats.

How long does it take to receive my membership card and pack?

Pre-season- Membership packs will be sent out from late November 2013. They will take two to three weeks to arrive.

During season- During the season membership cards and packs will be sent separately. Cards will take about a week to arrive and packs 2-3 weeks to arrive.

To track your membership pack, please use the link here and enter your membership number.

How do we access the members pre-sale to finals tickets?

Members will receive priority access to weeks 1-3 of the finals series for matches in which Melbourne Storm participate. Due to the limited number of tickets available for any final, the allocation of tickets is at the discretion of the NRL. Due to the limitation of ground capacity we cannot guarantee members ticketing at some venues. For any finals played at AAMI Park, members with annual reserved seating may not be able to retain their seat.

This information will be communicated to you directly by the NRL via email. Please ensure your contact details are up to date.
